Located at 3000 Wind River Ln #100, Denton, TX 76210, Associates in Periodontics, Implantology & Endodontics operates as a dental implant serving Denton in Texas. Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Associates in Periodontics, Implantology & Endodontics at (940) 566-7070; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, piedental.com.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 189 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded dental implants in Denton.

The staff at the practice was very friendly, and timely. I really liked Dr Goodwin. He was very thorough, explained all my options and treatment plans. Was not at all pushy. Very professional.

A good experience and a root canal don’t normally go together in the same sentence, but that’s what happened at Associates of P.I.E. in Denton. Dr Bruce and Lily worked on my 20+ year old root canal to make it better than before. Other than the shot to numb the tooth, it was a painless procedure. They also played great music to help keep me relaxed. I hope I don’t have anymore root canals; but if I do, I know where to go.

I was recommended to this dental office with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience contacting both offices was very disappointing. I called the Denton office to ask whether Dr. Greene was available, as my doctor had recommended that I reach out. I completely understand that a dental office may need to take its own X-rays before providing pricing, treatment options, or moving forward with care. That was not the issue. The issue was the way I was spoken to during the call. Yessi was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt cut off while trying to explain my situation and did not feel treated with patience or respect as a potential new patient. I also contacted the McKinney office to ask about Dr. Bruce’s availability and had a similar experience with Jennifer at the front desk. Unfortunately, that interaction also felt rude and unprofessional. It is disappointing because Dr. Greene and Dr. Bruce may be excellent doctors, but the front desk experience reflects directly on the practice. First impressions matter, especially when someone is trying to choose a provider for their care. Based on my experience with both offices, I will not be moving forward with this practice

Dr. Goodwin and Dr Green are exceptional. Both are very friendly. professional and excellent at their profession. Erica has been very helpful ln explaining things prior to either doctor's examination.

I was sooo nervous from listening to other people about a root canal. HANDS DOWNNN. I LOVE DR. GREEN AND LILY. they checked on me throughout the whole procedure. I didn’t feel any pain. From booking my first appointment. They had a cancellation and reached out to come in earlier. Thank you all for your patience with me. I’ll definitely be recommending this team. THANK YOU!! 😊

Thank God for placing Dr. Chad Green in our path. I would recommend Dr. Green 100,000% as an endodontist, along with his outstanding staffβ€”especially Michelle. My wife had been dealing with recurrent infections for years following a crown installation. Dr. Green and his assistant, Michelle, cared for her with exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. We are extremely happy with the outcome and truly grateful for their dedication and care. Thank you for everything you’ve done.

Regretful to have a second root canal but first one getting done here. The staff was AMAZING! Procedure went flawlessly. Never felt a drop of pain after getting numbing gel/shot (contrary to the first RC procedure at a different business) Dr. Green and Lily were fabulous and worked in perfect tandem and communicated everything as plain and easy as it could get. Will definitely refer others here for any dental work need
